When Jesus came down from the hillside, large crowds followed him. Suddenly, a leper came up to him, fell down before him, and said, "Sir, if you want to, you can make me clean." So Jesus reached out his hand, touched him, and said, "I do want to. Be clean!" And instantly his leprosy was made clean. read more.
Then Jesus told him, "See to it that you don't speak to anyone. Instead, go and show yourself to the priest, and then offer the sacrifice that Moses commanded as proof to the authorities."

Then a leper came to Jesus and began pleading with him. He fell on his knees and told him, "If you want to, you can make me clean." He spread the news so widely that Jesus could no longer enter a town openly, but had to stay out in deserted places. Still, people kept coming to him from everywhere.

One day, while Jesus was in one of the cities, a man covered with leprosy saw Jesus and fell on his face, begging him, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean." So Jesus reached out his hand and touched him, saying, "I do want to. Be clean!" Instantly the leprosy left him. Then Jesus ordered him, "Don't tell anyone. Instead, go and show yourself to the priest and make an offering for your cleansing, just as Moses commanded, as proof to the authorities." read more.
But the news about Jesus spread even more, and many crowds began gathering to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. However, he continued his habit of retiring to deserted places and praying.

If one of Aaron's descendants has an infectious skin disease or a discharge, he is not to eat anything sacred until he has been cleansed. Anyone who touches an unclean thing on account of the dead, or who has a seminal discharge,

"In cases of leprosy, be very careful to observe exactly what the Levitical priests instructed you. Carefully follow what I have commanded them.

Then he strictly ordered the disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Messiah.

But he sternly ordered them again and again not to tell people who he was.

But Jesus strictly ordered them not to let anyone know about this. He also told them to give her something to eat.

Peter answered him, "You are the Messiah!" Jesus sternly ordered them not to tell anyone about him.
