Mark 3:1 (show verse)

And he entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there having a withered hand.

Mark 3:2 (show verse)

And they watched him [to see] if he would cure him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.

Mark 3:3 (show verse)

And he said to the man having the withered hand, Arise in the midst.

Mark 3:4 (show verse)

And he said to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? And they were silent.

And looking around on them in anger, being grieved at the hardness of their hearts, he said to the man, Stretch out your hand. And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored.

And the Pharisees went out immediately with the Herodians, and took counsel against him to kill him.

And Jesus went away with his disciples to the lake; and a great multitude followed him from Galilee,

Mark 3:8 (show verse)

and from Jerusalem, and from Judea, and from Idumea, and beyond the Jordan. And those about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, hearing what he did, came to him.

And he told his disciples to have a boat constantly attend him on account of the multitude, that they might not throng him.

Mark 3:10 (show verse)

For he cured many, so that all who had diseases fell down before him, that they might touch him;

Mark 3:11 (show verse)

and the impure spirits when they saw him fell down before him, and cried, saying, You are the Son of God.

Mark 3:12 (show verse)

And he strictly charged them not to make him known.

Mark 3:13 (show verse)

AND he went up on the mountain, and called whom he would; and they went to him.

And he appointed twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them out to preach,

and have power to cast out demons.

And he gave to Simon the name of Peter. [He appointed him],

and James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James??nd he gave them the names of Boanerges, which is, Sons of thunder??18 and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alpheus, and Thaddeus, and Simon the Zealot,

and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him. And they came into a house,

and again a multitude came together, so that they could not eat bread.

Mark 3:21 (show verse)

And those with him hearing of it, went out to take him; for they said, He is beside himself.

Mark 3:22 (show verse)

And the scribes coming down from Jerusalem said, He has Beelzebul, and casts out demons by the ruler of demons.

And calling them, he said to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?

And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand;

Mark 3:25 (show verse)

and if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand;

Mark 3:26 (show verse)

and if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end.

Mark 3:27 (show verse)

But no one can enter into the house of a strong man, and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man, and then he will plunder his house.

Mark 3:28 (show verse)

I tell you truly, That all sins and blasphemies with which they blaspheme shall be forgiven the children of men;

Mark 3:29 (show verse)

but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit shall never have forgiveness, but is the subject of an eternal mistake;

Mark 3:30 (show verse)

because they said, He has an impure spirit.

Mark 3:31 (show verse)

Then came his brothers and his mother, and standing without, sent to him to call him.

Mark 3:32 (show verse)

And a multitude sat around him. And they said to him, Behold your mother, and your brothers, and your sisters seek you without.

Mark 3:33 (show verse)

And he answered them and said, Who is my mother, or my brothers?

Mark 3:34 (show verse)

And looking round on those sitting about him, he said, Behold my mother, and my brothers!

Mark 3:35 (show verse)

Whoever shall do the will of God, this is my brother, and sister, and mother.
