At once Jesus stretched out his hand and caught hold of him, saying to him. "O little faith! What made you doubt?"

When Jesus knew it he said: "Weaklings in faith! Why are you arguing among yourselves, because you have no bread? They were startled and terrified and thought that they were seeing a ghost. And he said to them. "Why are you disturbed? And why do questions rise in your hearts?

But the whole story seemed to them but an idle tale; and they disbelieved the women.
