And when he came to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with demons, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with you, Jesus, you Son of God? have you come here to torment us before the time? And there was a good way off from them a herd of many swine feeding. read more.
So the demons besought him, saying, If you cast us out, allow us to go away into the herd of swine. And he said unto them, Go. And when they came out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with you, Jesus of Nazareth? are you come to destroy us? I know you, who you are, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold your peace, and come out of him. read more.
