And behold, two blind men sitting by the wayside, hearing that Jesus is passing by, cried out, saying; Have mercy on us, O son of David. And the multitude rebuked them, that they should keep silent. Jesus standing, called them, and said, What do you wish that I shall do unto you? They say unto Him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. And Jesus being moved with compassion, touched their eyes: and immediately they looked up; and followed Him.

And it came to pass, while He was drawing nigh to Jericho, a certain blind man was sitting by the wayside begging. And hearing the multitude passing by, he inquired what it might be. And they told him that Jesus the Nazarene is going along. read more.
