And Jesus having come into the house of Peter, saw his mother-in-law laid, and fevered,

and having come near, he raised her up, having laid hold of her hand, and the fever left her immediately, and she was ministering to them.

And having risen out of the synagogue, he entered into the house of Simon, and the mother-in-law of Simon was pressed with a great fever, and they did ask him about her,



Ministrants -- let them be of one wife husbands; the children leading well, and their own houses,

have we not authority a sister -- a wife -- to lead about, as also the other apostles, and the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?

And immediately, having come forth out of the synagogue, they went to the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John, and the mother-in-law of Simon was lying fevered, and immediately they tell him about her, and having come near, he raised her up, having laid hold of her hand, and the fever left her immediately, and she was ministering to them.


And Jesus having come into the house of Peter, saw his mother-in-law laid, and fevered, and he touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she arose, and was ministering to them. And evening having come, they brought to him many demoniacs, and he did cast out the spirits with a word, and did heal all who were ill, read more.

And evening having come, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all who were ill, and who were demoniacs, and the whole city was gathered together near the door, and he healed many who were ill of manifold diseases, and many demons he cast forth, and was not suffering the demons to speak, because they knew him.
