{To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.} The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
