For there are many and disorderly vain speakers and deceivers of people's minds, specially those of the circumcision,
For a dream cometh through the multitude of business, and a fool's voice through a multitude of words.
In the multitude of words there wanteth not transgression; but he that restraineth his lips doeth wisely.
Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should a man of much talk be justified?
In all labour there is profit; but the talk of the lips tendeth only to want.
A fool uttereth all his mind; but a wise man keepeth it back.
The beginning of the words of his mouth is folly; and the end of his talk is mischievous madness.
therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because, yea, because they have made you desolate, and have swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the remnant of the nations, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and in the defaming of the people:

But when the kindness and love to man of our Saviour God appeared, not on the principle of works which have been done in righteousness which we had done, but according to his own mercy he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, which he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that, having been justified by his grace, we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. The word is faithful, and I desire that thou insist strenuously on these things, that they who have believed God may take care to pay diligent attention to good works. These things are good and profitable to men.
