Redemption » The redeemed of the lord
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come to Zion with songs; and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall retain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Verse Concepts
Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like thee, magnificent in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? Thou didst stretch out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them. Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed; thou hast guided them in thy strength unto the habitation of thy holiness.
Therefore the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head; they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
Verse Concepts
O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good; for his mercy endures for ever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he has redeemed from the hand of the enemy and gathered them out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
