They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone.

Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make to you gods of gold.

Their idols are silver and gold; the work of men's hands.


In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;

And all the people broke off the golden ear-rings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron.
