Anger of God » To be deprecated
And Moses {implored Yahweh} his God, and he said, "Why, Yahweh, should {your anger blaze} against your people whom you brought up from the land of Egypt with great power and with a strong hand?
O Yahweh, do not rebuke me in your anger, and do not discipline me in your wrath.
O Yahweh, do not rebuke me in your anger or chastise me in your wrath.
Why, O God, have you rejected [us] forever? [Why] does your anger smoke against the sheep of your pasture? Remember your congregation [that] you bought long ago, [when] you redeemed the tribe of your inheritance. [Remember] {Mount Zion} where you have dwelt.
