A king who truly judges the weak, his throne shall be established forever.
The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spoke to me: he who rules over men justly, ruling in the fear of God,
And he said to the judges, Take heed what you do. For you do not judge for man, but for Jehovah, who is with you in the judgment.
And now be wise, O kings; be instructed, O judges of the earth. Serve Jehovah with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
It is a hateful thing for kings to commit wickedness; for the throne is established by righteousness.

and especially those who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise dominion. They are darers, self-pleasing; not trembling at glories, speaking evil. Where angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reproaching accusation against them before the Lord.

You shall not revile God, nor curse the ruler of your people.

But David did not take the number of those from twenty years old and under, because Jehovah had said He would increase Israel like the stars of the heavens. Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but he did not finish because wrath fell against the sons of Israel for this. And the number did not go up in the account of the chronicles of King David.
