But he that received seed in the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; who also bears fruit, and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
And these are they who are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.
But that on the good ground are they, who in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me.

And why call me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
