8 Bible Verses about Admonition, Of Christians

Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy.

I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Let a righteous man strike me--it is a kindness; let him rebuke me--it is oil for my head; let my head not refuse it. Yet my prayer is continually against their evil deeds.

Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him,

And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle,encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

And say to Archippus, "See that you fulfill the ministry that you have received in the Lord."
