We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death.
We love because he has first loved us. If any one say, I love God, and hate his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
And I heard a great voice in the heaven saying, Now is come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ; for the accuser of our brethren has been cast out, who accused them before our God day and night:
So then ye are no longer strangers and foreigners, but ye are fellow-citizens of the saints, and of the household of God,
So then, as we have occasion, let us do good towards all, and specially towards those of the household of faith.
