5 Bible Verses about Afflictions Of Ministers

Even to this present time we suffer both hunger, and thirst, and nakedness, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling:

in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;

so am I: are they ministers of Christ? (if I may speak as a fool) I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes far exceeding, in prisons more frequently, and often even in deaths.

And least I should be too much lifted up with the abundance of the revelations, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, least I should be too much elevated.
