So he went and removed His body. Now Nicodemus also, who had formerly come to Jesus at night, went and took a mixture of myrrh and aloes that weighed about one hundred pounds. So they took the body of Jesus and wrapped it in bandages with the spices, in accordance with the Jewish custom of preparing a body for burial.
