And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded you, to sift as wheat:

For I know this, that there shall come in after my departure grievous wolves to you, not sparing the flock.

For the time will be when they will not hear sound doctrine; but according to their own eager desires they will heap up to themselves teachers, feeling itchings for a report;

Therefore a celebration of a sabbath remains to the people of God. For he having come into his rest, he also has ceased from his works, as God from his own. Therefore we should be earnest to come into that rest, lest any should fall in the same pattern of unbelief.

For Demas has forsaken me, having loved the time now, and has gone to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
