Then he began to invoke a curse on himself and to swear, "I do not know the man." And immediately the rooster crowed.

Barnabas wanted to take John, also called Mark, with them. But Paul kept insisting that they should not take along one who had deserted them in Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to the work.
