And let the priests also, who come near to LORD, sanctify themselves, lest LORD break forth upon them.

And LORD said to him, Go, get thee down. And thou shall come up, thou, and Aaron with thee, but do not let the priests and the people break through to come up to LORD, lest he break forth upon them.

And David came to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there. And he said, LORD has broken my enemies before me, like the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal-perazim.

And the anger of LORD was kindled against Uzzah, and God smote him there for his error, and he died there by the ark of God. And David was displeased, because LORD had broken forth upon Uzzah. And he called that place Perez-uzzah, to this day.

And the three mighty men broke through the army of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David. But he would not drink of it, but poured it out to LORD.
