And thou shalt make two cherubim of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy-seat.

And he made two cherubim of gold, beaten out of one piece he made them, on the two ends of the mercy-seat; One cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the other end on that side: out of the mercy-seat made he the cherubim on the two ends of it. And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm-trees, as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.

From the ground to above the door were cherubim and palm-trees made, and on the wall of the temple.
