Who can forgive sins but God? but Jesus knowing their thoughts, answered and said unto them, What are ye disputing in your hearts? And behold a woman in the city, that was a sinner, when she knew that He was at table in the pharisee's house, brought an alabaster-box of ointment, and stood at his feet behind Him, weeping, and washed his feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
