By Him were all things made, and without Him was not any one thing made that was made.

He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and yet the world knew Him not:

and lords many,) yet to us there is but one God the Father, from whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by Him.

for by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers; all were created by Him, and for Him.

whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds.
