12 Bible Verses about Covering Heads

For if the woman is not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it is a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.

And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest you die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD has kindled.

Judge for yourselves: is it proper that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
