and what [is] the surpassing greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his mighty strength which he has worked in Christ, raising him from the dead and seating [him] at his right hand in the heavenly [places], above all rule and authority and power and lordship and every name named, not only in this age but also in the coming one,read more.
and he subjected all [things] under his feet and gave him [as] head over all [things] to the church,
For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
in order that the many-sided wisdom of God might be made known now to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly [places] through the church,
because all [things] in the heavens and on the earth were created by him, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or powers, all [things] were created through him and for him,
So the demons implored him, saying, "If you are going to expel us, send us into the herd of pigs." And he said to them, "Go!" So they departed [and] went into the pigs, and behold, the whole herd rushed headlong down the steep slope into the sea and drowned in the water.
And he healed many {who were sick} with various diseases and expelled many demons. And he did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.
Now early on the first [day] of the week, [after he] rose, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had expelled seven demons.
And he was expelling a mute demon. Now it happened that [when] the demon came out, the man who had been mute spoke, and the crowds were astonished.
Now [when] Jesus saw that a crowd was running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "Mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and enter into him no more!"
And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him and the boy was healed from that hour.
And she was doing this for many days. But Paul, becoming greatly annoyed and turning around, said to the spirit, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!" And it came out {immediately}.
