And He called unto Him his twelve disciples, and gave them power over impure spirits, even to cast them out; and to cure all diseases and every malady whatsoever.

And if I cast out demons by the power of Beelzebub, by whom do your own people cast them out? wherefore they shall be your judges: but if I by the Spirit of God cast out devils, then certainly the kingdom of God is come unto you. Or, how can any one enter into the house of a strong man, and take away his goods, unless he first overpower the strong man? and then indeed he may strip his house. He that is not with me, is against me; and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth.
