Wives, be submissive to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and don't become bitter against them.
Wives, in the same way, submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, even if some disobey the [Christian] message, they may be won over without a message by the way their wives live,
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right. Honor your father and mother -which is the first commandment with a promise- that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life in the land.read more.
And fathers, don't stir up anger in your children, but bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

Listen to your father who gave you life, and don't despise your mother when she is old.
Children, obey your parents in everything, for this is pleasing in the Lord. Fathers, do not exasperate your children, so they won't become discouraged.

But if any widow has children or grandchildren, they should learn to practice their religion toward their own family first and to repay their parents, for this pleases God.

You are to consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim freedom in the land for all its inhabitants. It will be your Jubilee, when each of you is to return to his property and each of you to his clan.

Slaves, obey your human masters in everything; don't work only while being watched, in order to please men, but [work] wholeheartedly, fearing the Lord.

All who are under the yoke as slaves must regard their own masters to be worthy of all respect, so that God's name and His teaching will not be blasphemed.
Household slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the cruel.
"You must not oppress your neighbor or rob [him]. The wages due a hired hand must not remain with you until morning.
"Do not oppress a hired hand who is poor and needy, whether one of your brothers or one of the foreigners residing within a town in your land. You are to pay him his wages each day before the sun sets, because he is poor and depends on them. Otherwise he will cry out to the Lord against you, and you will be held guilty.
If I have dismissed the case of my male or female servants when they made a complaint against me, what could I do when God stands up [to judge]? How should I answer Him when He calls [me] to account?
