Genesis 7:4

For {within seven days} I will send rain upon the earth [for] forty days and forty nights. And I will blot out all the living creatures that I have made from upon the face of the ground."

Genesis 8:2

And the fountains of the deep and the windows of the heavens were closed, and the rain from the heavens was restrained.

Genesis 7:17-20

And the flood came forty days and forty nights upon the earth. And the waters increased, and lifted the ark, and it rose up from the earth. And the waters prevailed and increased greatly upon the earth. And the ark went upon the surface of the waters. And the waters prevailed {overwhelmingly} upon the earth, and they covered all the high mountains which were under the entire heaven.read more.

Genesis 7:24

And the waters prevailed over the earth one hundred and fifty days.

Genesis 7:21-23

And every living thing that moved on the earth perished--the birds, and the domesticated animals, and the wild animals, and everything that swarmed on the earth, and all humankind. Everything in whose nostrils [was] {the breath of life}, among all that [was] on dry land, died. And he blotted out every living thing upon the surface of the ground, from humankind, to animals, to creeping things, and to the birds of heaven; they were blotted out from the earth. Only Noah and those who [were] with him in the ark remained.

Genesis 6:7

And Yahweh said, "I will destroy humankind whom I created from upon the face of the earth, from humankind, to animals, to creeping things, and to the birds of heaven, for I regret that I have made them."

Genesis 7:21-22

Genesis 6:8-9

But Noah found favor in the eyes of Yahweh. These [are] the generations of Noah. Noah [was] a righteous man, without defect in his generations. Noah walked with God.

Genesis 6:14

Make for yourself an ark of cypress wood; you must make the ark [with] rooms, then you must cover it with pitch, inside and outside.

Then Yahweh said to Noah, "Go--you and all your household--into the ark, for I have seen you [are] righteous before me in this generation.

And God spoke to Noah, saying: "Go out from the ark, you and your wife, and your sons, and your sons' wives with you.

And of every living thing, from all flesh, you must bring two from every [kind] into the ark to keep [them] alive with you; they shall be male and female. From the birds according to their kind, and from the animals according to their kind, from every creeping thing [on] the ground according to its kind--two from every kind shall come to you to keep [them] alive. And [as for] you, take for yourself from every kind of food that is eaten. And you must gather [it] to yourself. And it shall be for you and for them for food."

Genesis 7:2-3

From all the clean animals you must take for yourself {seven pairs}, a male and its mate. And from the animals that [are] not clean [you must take] two, a male and its mate, as well as from the birds of heaven {seven pairs}, male and female, {to keep their kind alive} on the face of the earth.

Genesis 8:1

And God remembered Noah and all the wild animals, and all the domesticated animals that [were] with him in the ark. And God caused a wind to blow over the earth, and the waters subsided.

Genesis 8:21-22

And Yahweh smelled the soothing fragrance, and Yahweh said {to himself}, "{Never again will I curse} the ground for the sake of humankind, because the inclination of the heart of humankind [is] evil from his youth. {Nor will I ever again destroy} all life as I have done. {As long as the earth endures}, seed and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will not cease.

Isaiah 54:9

"For this [is like] the waters of Noah to me, when I swore {that the waters of Noah would never again pass} over the earth, so I swore {that I would not be} angry at you and rebuke you.

Genesis 9:8-11

And God said to Noah and to his sons with him, "As for me, behold, I am establishing my covenant with you and with your seed after you, and with every living creature that [is] with you--the birds, the animals, and every animal of the earth with you, from all [that] came out of the ark to all the animals of the earth.read more.
I am establishing my covenant with you, that never again will all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, nor will there ever be a flood that destroys the earth."

Genesis 9:12-17

And God said, "This [is] the sign of the covenant that I am making between me and you, and between every living creature that [is] with you for future generations. My bow I have set in the clouds, and it shall be for a sign of [the] covenant between me and between the earth. And when I make clouds appear over the earth the bow shall be seen in the clouds.read more.
Then I will remember my covenant that [is] between me and you, and between every living creature, with all flesh. And the waters of a flood will never again {cause the destruction} of all flesh. The bow shall be in the clouds, and I will see it, so as to remember [the] everlasting covenant between God and between every living creature, with all flesh that [is] upon the earth." And God said to Noah, "This [is] the sign of the covenant which I am establishing between me and all flesh that [is] upon the earth.

Daniel 9:26

"And after the sixty and two weeks an anointed one shall be cut off, and {he shall have nothing}, and [the] people of the coming leader will destroy the city and the sanctuary, and its end [will be] with the flood and [on] to [the] end [there shall be] war; [these] desolations are determined.

2 Peter 3:6-7

by means of which things the world that existed at that time was destroyed [by] being inundated with water. But by the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly people.

Matthew 24:36-44

"But concerning that day and hour no one knows--not even the angels of heaven nor the Son--except the Father alone. For just as the days of Noah [were], so the coming of the Son of Man will be. For as in the days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered into the ark.read more.

Luke 17:26-27

And just as it was in the days of Noah, so also it will be in the days of the Son of Man-- they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed [them] all.

1 Peter 3:20-21

who were formerly disobedient, when the patience of God waited in the days of Noah, [while] an ark was being constructed, in which a few--that is, eight souls--were rescued through water.
