I was cast upon you from birth: you are my God from my mother's womb.

By you have I been upheld from birth: you are he that took me out of my mother's womb: my praise shall be continually of you.

Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, who are borne by me from birth, who are carried from the womb:
