And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters he called Seas; and God saw that it was good.

The mountains were exposed; they descended through the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them. They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild asses quench their thirst. Next to them the fowls of the heavens have their habitation; they sing among the leaves. He waters the mountains from his chambers; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, there they return again.

I tell you in that night there shall be two men in one bed: the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together: the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Through faith we understand that the ages were framed by the word of God, that which is seen being made of that which was not seen.
