Then Peter began to say to Him, Lo, we have left all and have followed You. And Jesus answered and said, Truly I say to you, There is no man that has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands for my sake and the gospel's sake, but he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands with persecutions, and in the world to come, eternal life.
And Peter said, Lo, we have left all and have followed You. And He said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no one who has left house, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and, in the world to come everlasting life.
For whoever will save his life shall lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for My sake and the gospel's, he shall save it.
Whoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; and he who sets a way, I will show him the salvation of God.
Give thanks to Jehovah, call on His name, make known His deeds among the people.
neither baseness, foolish talking, jesting, which are not becoming, but rather giving of thanks.
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, Rejoice! Let your moderation be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.read more.
And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
