For thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will sling out the inhabitants of the land at this once, and will distress them that they may find it so.
Thou hast shown thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.
Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass by? behold, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which hath fallen upon me, with which the LORD hath afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.

When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee torment me not.
