And when the men of Israel saw that Abimelech was dead, each one of them left to go to his place.

And Moses went into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.

And the sons of Benjamin did so, and took wives according to their number, from those that danced, whom they caught. And they went and returned to their inheritance, and repaired the cities and lived in them.

And all the crowd arriving together at this sight, beholding the things happening, struck their breasts and returned.

And on the next day they left the horsemen to go with him and returned to the fortress.
