Then the king said to the servants, Bind his feet and hands, and cast him into the darkness outside. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few chosen.
And one of those reclining with him, hearing these things, said to him, Blessed is he that eats bread in the kingdom of God. And he said to him, A certain man made a great supper, and invited many. And he sent his servant at the time of the supper to say to the invited, Come, for all things are now ready.read more.
And they all with one consent excused themselves. The first said to him, I have bought a field and I must go to see it; I pray you have me excused. And another said, I have bought five yokes of oxen and I go to try them; I pray you have me excused. And another said, I have married a wife, and on this account I cannot come. And the servant came and reported to his lord these things. Then the master of the house; being angry, said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and maimed, and blind, and lame. And the servant said, Lord, it is done as you commanded, and yet there is room. And the Lord said to the servant, Go out into the ways and along the hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled; for I tell you that none of those men that were invited shall taste of my supper.

In my Father's house are many mansions; if there were not I would have told you. For I go to prepare a place for you; and if I go and shall prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am you may also be.
And if any one does not receive you, nor hear your words, when you go out of that house or that city, shake off the dust of your feet.
And whatever place will not receive you, nor hear you, when you go out thence shake off the dust which is under your feet for a testimony to them.
And whoever does not receive you, when you go out of that city shake off the dust from your feet for a testimony to them.
Then shall he say to those on his left hand, Depart from me accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Then shall they also answer and say, Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not serve you? Then he shall answer them saying, I tell you truly, that inasmuch as you have not done it to one of the least of these my brothers, you have not done it to me.
