Better is a little with righteousness than a great number of fruits with injustice. The heart of man devises his way, but the LORD directs his steps.
There are many thoughts in the heart of man; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD shall stand.
Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, but a man of intelligence will draw it out.
