Jesus answered them, "You are wrong in your views, because you do not understand the Scriptures nor the power of God,

Since then we are God's offspring, we ought not to suppose that His nature is like gold or silver or stone or anything carved by man's art and thought. Though God overlooked those times of ignorance, He now commands all men everywhere to repent,
