I wrote to you in the epistle not to associate with fornicators; not altogether the fornicators of this world, or the covetous and rapacious, or idolaters, since then you would have to go out of the world.

CONCERNING what you wrote to me, it is good for a man not to touch a woman; but on account of fornications, let each man have his wife, and each woman have her husband.

and did not change their minds [to turn] from their murders, nor from their magic arts, nor from their fornication, nor from their thefts.

This I say then and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the other gentiles walk, in the vanity of their minds, with their understandings darkened, alienated from the life of God on account of the ignorance which is in them, on account of the hardness of their hearts, who being without feeling have given themselves up to lewdness, to commit every impurity with greediness.

Marriage is honorable in all, and married life without blame; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
