confine thyself no longer to water-drinking; but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake, and thy frequent indispositions.

And I went up to the angel, saying unto him, Give me that little book. And he saith to me, Take it, and eat it up; and it will make thy belly bitter, though in thy mouth it will be sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth as honey sweet; yet when I had eaten it, my belly was made bitter.
