And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,

And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made you a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

And it came to pass, when all that knew him before saw that, behold, he prophesied among the prophets, then the people said one to another, What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets? And one of the same place answered and said, But who is their father? Therefore it became a proverb, Is Saul also among the prophets?

And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Therefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

But I tell you a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;

And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, except Naaman the Syrian.

But what went you out to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.

And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.

And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him. Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if you will, let us make here three tabernacles; one for you, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.

And, behold, there talked with him two men, who were Moses and Elijah:

Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calls for Elijah.

And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calls Elijah.

The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elijah will come to save him.

And one ran and filled a sponge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elijah will come to take him down.

He said unto him, I am a prophet also as you are; and an angel spoke unto me by the word of the LORD, saying, Bring him back with you into your house, that he may eat bread and drink water. But he lied unto him.

And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
