That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life (for the life is manifested, and we also saw it and bear witness and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father and appeared unto us); that which we have seen and heard we declare unto you, that ye also may have communion with us; and truly our communion is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.read more.
And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be fulfilled. This then is the promise which we have heard of him and declare unto you, That God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his slaves things which are convenient to do quickly, and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his slave John, who bore witness of the word of God and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that reads and those that hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written therein, for the time is at hand.

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I AM the first and the last, and he that lives and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen, and have the keys of Hades and of death.
