1 John 1:1-5

It is what existed from the beginning, that we announce; what we have heard, what we have seen with our own eyes, what we have beheld, and touched with our hands; it is the very message of life??2 for life has been revealed, and we have seen it and testify to it and announce to you that eternal life that was with the Father and has been revealed to us??3 it is what we have seen and heard that we announce to you also, so that you may share our fellowship, for our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ, and we write this to you to make your happiness complete. This is the message that we heard from him and announce to you: God is light; there is no darkness in him at all.

Revelation 1:1-3

A revelation made by Jesus Christ which God gave him to disclose to his slaves of what must very soon happen. He sent and communicated it by his angel to his slave John, who testifies to what he saw??o the message of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. Blessed be the man who reads this prophecy and those who hear it read and heed what is written in it, for the time is near.

Revelation 19:9-10

Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are they who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.' These," he said to me, "are the true words of God."
