Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered up Isaac his son upon the altar?

In like manner Rahab the harlot also was justified by works, having received the messengers and sent them out another way?

Ye see then, that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Therefore no flesh shall be justified in his sight by the works of the law; for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Christ is become of no effect to you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

If Abraham was justified by works, he hath whereof to glory: but he hath not in the sight of God.
