Therefore no flesh will be justified in his sight by works of the law, for through the law comes knowledge of sin.

The promise to Abraham and his descendants, that he would be heir of the world, was not through the law but through the righteousness of faith. For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God.

For sin, finding opportunity in the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me. So the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and just and good.

But we know that the Law is good, if one uses it lawfully,

but as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct; because it is written, "You shall be holy, for I am holy."

What shall we say, then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! Indeed, I would not have known what sin was except through the law. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and any other commandment there may be, are summed up in this sentence, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

If you really fulfill the royal law, according to the scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing well.
