He looked this way and that, and seeing no one, he struck down the Egyptian and hid him in the sand.

Then the angel who talked with me came forward and said to me, "Lift your eyes and see what this is that is going out."
Then he said to me, "Have you seen this, O son of man? You will see still greater abominations than these."
Then he said to me, "Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it too light a thing for the house of Judah to commit the abominations that they commit here, that they should fill the land with violence and provoke me still further to anger? Behold, they put the branch to their nose.
And he said to me, "Son of man, have you seen this?"Then he led me back to the bank of the river.
Then he said to me, "Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel are doing in the dark, each in his room of pictures? For they say, 'The LORD does not see us, the LORD has forsaken the land.'"
And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Jeremiah, what do you see?" And I said, "I see an almond branch."
The word of the LORD came to me a second time, saying, "What do you see?" And I said, "I see a boiling pot, facing away from the north."
And the LORD said to me, "What do you see, Jeremiah?" I said, "Figs, the good figs very good, and the bad figs very bad, so bad that they cannot be eaten."
And the LORD said to me, "Amos, what do you see?" And I said, "A plumb line." Then the Lord said, "Behold, I am setting a plumb line in the midst of my people Israel; I will never again pass by them;

And Abimelech said to Abraham, "What did you see, that you did this thing?"

As they went away, Jesus began to speak to the crowds concerning John: "What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind?
The herdsmen fled and told it in the city and in the country. And people came to see what it was that had happened.
Then people went out to see what had happened, and they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had gone, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid.

And he entered Jerusalem and went into the temple. And when he had looked around at everything, as it was already late, he went out to Bethany with the twelve.
