12 Bible Verses about Neglecting God's Things

You were unmindful of the Rock that bore you, and you forgot the God who gave you birth.

If we had forgotten the name of our God or spread out our hands to a foreign god,

For the people of Israel and the sons of Levi shall bring the contribution of grain, wine, and oil to the chambers, where the vessels of the sanctuary are, as well as the priests who minister, and the gatekeepers and the singers. We will not neglect the house of our God."

For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it.

"But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and neglect justice and the love of God. These you ought to have done, without neglecting the others.

Hear instruction and be wise, and do not neglect it.
