And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before LORD, and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood upon the altar round about.

And the brazen altar, which was before LORD, he brought from the forefront of the house, from between his altar and the house of LORD, and put it on the north side of his altar.

Then he said to me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up my eyes the way toward the north, and, behold, northward of the gate of the altar [was] this image of jealousy in the entry.
