If a thief shall be found breaking through, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. If the sun shall have risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him: for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.

And ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best of it: neither shall ye pollute the holy things of the children of Israel, lest ye die.
