And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, assembled together to make war with him that sat on the horse, and with his army. And the beast was taken, and the false prophet that was with him, who did signs in his presence, with which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast, and those who worshiped his image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire, which burns with brim stone.

And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are: and they shall be tormented day and night from age to age.

And the sea gave up the dead that were in it; and death and hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged, every one according to his works. And death and hades were cast into the lake of fire: this is the second death.

The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand. He that believes on the Son has eternal life. For the preaching of the cross is to those who perish, foolishness; but to us who are saved, it is the power of God. For it is written: I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; and I will set aside the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? He that has the Son, has life: he that has not the Son of God, has not life.

But I wish to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people from the land of Egypt, then destroyed those who believed not.

And beside all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, so that they that would pass hence to you, can not; nor can they that would, pass thence to us.
