And they made ready the presents for the coming of Joseph at noon. For they heard that they should eat bread there.

And on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him, Where do You desire that we prepare for You to eat the Passover? And He said, Go into the city to such a man, and say to him, The Master said, My time is at hand. I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples. And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them. And they made the passover ready.

And the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the passover, His disciples said to Him, Where do You desire that we go and prepare that You may eat the passover? And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them, Go into the city, and there you shall meet a man bearing a pitcher of water. Follow him. And wherever he may go in, you say to the housemaster, The Teacher says, Where is the guest room where I shall eat the passover with My disciples?read more.
And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared. Prepare there for us. And His disciples went out and came into the city and found it as He had said to them. And they made the passover ready.

And He sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare the passover for us, so that we may eat. And they said to Him. Where do You desire that we prepare? And He said to them, Behold, when you have entered into the city, you will meet a man bearing a pitcher of water. Follow him into the house where he enters.read more.
And you shall say to the master of the house, The Teacher says to you, Where is the guest room where I shall eat the passover with My disciples? And he shall show you a large, furnished upper room. Prepare there. And they went and found it as He had said to them. And they prepared the passover.

And it, becoming evening already, since it was the Preparation, that is, the day before sabbath,

And that day was the Preparation, and the sabbath drew on.

Then the Jews, because it was Preparation, begged Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away, so that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the sabbath. For that sabbath was a high day.

There, then, because of the Preparation of the Jews, because the tomb was near, they laid Jesus.

And it was the preparation of the Passover, and about the sixth hour. And he said to the Jews, Behold your king!

And on the next day, which was after the Preparation, the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered to Pilate,

But God said to him, Fool! This night your soul shall be required of you, then whose shall be those things which you have prepared?

Will he not say to him, Prepare something so that I may eat, and gird yourself and serve me until I eat and drink. And afterward you shall eat and drink.

Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare food for yourselves, for within three days you are crossing over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which Jehovah your God is giving you to possess it.

Again he sent out other servants, saying, Tell those who are invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatlings are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the marriage.

And he became very hungry and desired to eat. But while they made ready, an ecstasy fell on him.

Then he said to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they who were invited were not worthy.

And he sent his servant at supper time to say to those who were invited, Come, for all things are now ready.
