On account of food destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure, but evil is to the man that eats with offense; it is good not to eat meat nor drink wine, nor [do] any thing by which your brother stumbles.

henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge will give me in that day, and not me only but all who love his appearing.
Blessed is the man who endures trial, for when proved he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord promised to those who love him.
and when the chief shepherd shall appear, you shall receive an unfading crown of glory.
Fear not what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried, and you shall have affliction ten days. Be faithful till death, and I will give you the crown of life.
